Moving on to 10-10-5

Now that I have the routine down, I feel confident enough to do more. This morning I changed over to a 10 rep mode, however I decided it was best to hang on to the 5 times a day mode until I get comfortable with doing 10 reps of push-ups and sit-ups. This morning I did 30 push-ups and 30 sit-ups, now I only have 20 more of each to complete before the day's end, which will give me 50 of each. Perhaps I'll be able to start a 10-10-10 by this time next week. My goal is to make what I'm doing  a normal routine.  I know I can do a 10-10-10, it's trying to fit it into my daily schedule so it doesn't become a task. The amazing part of my daily routine I have already worked out.

*NOTE- I DECIDED IT WAS BEST FOR ME TO PERFORM THE 10-10-5 ROUTINE EVERY OTHER DAY IF I  WISHED TO BUILD MUSCLE. SO EITHER I CAN PERFORM A DIFFERENT SET OF 10-10-5 FOR A DIFFERENT MUSCLE GROUP OR STRICTLY DO CARDIO ONLY(FAST WALKING OR RUNNING)
