This is One Cool Camera for only $99.

The latest rage in real estate marketing involves video technology. I ran across a review about the RCA Small Wonder (ez201) camera, from a fellow realtor. This guy is one of the top agents in Colorado. He's into video blogging, citing it as a way to give him an edge over his competition. You can't argue with his success, he has over 3000 clients.

I thought to myself, this will be great way to kill 2 birds with one stone. I've been wanting video camera, so I could record NP landing a fish. I thought it would be wonderful way to show you how we fish. Real Estate wise it has all kinds possibilities for me and should increase my productivity. Hopefully my $99 investment will pay off a ten thousand fold. I can always use more bling.

I tried the camera driving home from the store. I'm like a child who couldn't wait, until he got home to try it, so I broke it out in the parking lot and filmed my journey home from a nearby town. The color and sound were very impressive, when played back on the computer. The sucked, playing through the camera(only flaw I've seen). I've decided to spare my one reader (I'm sure it's only one) the pain of watching my very first homemade video with the camera. Instead I opted to show you the professional video that came on the camera. The video will show the camera and describe it's uses.

"Simple", best describes this camera. There are no bells whistles, it's so easy to use, you don't need the instructions. I'm not out much should I drop it in the lake or lose it. Cnet reviews of the previous camera models were very good. This is what made me choose it. The other cameras tempted me, but their reviews were terrible, even though they has some extra whistles for the same price. The fact that the agent had researched other cameras as well, made me go with it. You could tell this guy was a techno geek, he knew his stuff.

The techno realtor, recommended editing and uploading your videos with "Jump cut"(www.jumcut.com, which was recently acquired by Yahoo(someone with another great idea, got rich). The site is free. There is editing software that comes with camera also, I don't think there is much for it, if you use jump cut. I hope to post some fishing videos in the future. I like to pay forward any technology I consider good. I hope you get chance to try this wonderful camera, a lot bang for the buck. I could have spent more, but then I would have been defeating the purpose of staying below $100. I admit I was skeptical, because it looked cheap in the packaging. I have to admit not only did look nicer out of the package, but the compact size is easy handle.
