Now that I'm older, I believe this to be True

Looking back it's hard to imagine I never drank coffee while in college or the military. Still I'm not a heavy coffee drinker, typically 1 cup a day.  Every now and then when I don't eat breakfast, I might drink 3-5 cups in an hour while I surf the web. Today is one of those "coffee days" for me. I'm fueled up and ready to go, so I thought I would blog something, since I haven't in a while, after that I plan to go to the gym,  run ten miles,  swim for an hour, play some racket ball, shoots some hoops and  read a novel before going to bed. Oh yeah I'm feeling it...................Mr. Eight O'clock saved some lives today, that's for sure.
