I love the Fall

Right now for me life couldn't be any better, no I didn't win the lottery, however I did win $8 on a scratch off last week. However that is not the reason for the Post. My post is about my favorite time of year. The Fall Season, like Spring Season, are those two times that really kick my energy levels in extra high gear. Anytime you can fast walk a 5k(12-13 minute mile) at the end of a long day and feel good about it, you know you are hitting your stride. From now, until the winter Solstice my evenings and weekends only get better. Sometimes you just have to shout"Man it feels great to be alive". Today was that day for me!
