"It must be cool to be a dog, because when you are fishing for an hour, they are actually fishing for 7 hours. "
My son really loves fishing, but this photo brought back memories of a dog I had, who loved fishing more than anyone I ever knew. All I would have to say is "Let's go fishing" and the dog would jump around barking and head straight to the pier as fast as he could run. "Todd" my pet Pomeranian would watch the fishing cork intently, knowing that when the cork went under, a fishing was biting. The small dog would let out an excited yelp every time he saw this happen. I always rewarded Todd with a fresh catch.
Neal Patrick was only 2 or 3 back then and his interest in fishing hadn't even begun to develop. I miss "Todd" and I miss those wonderful times we shared fishing. I know he would have loved to have spent time with NP fishing. I can't even imagine how Todd would react to such monster size catches. Neal Patrick would have loved having a die hard fishing buddy like him. Todd was the ultimate fisherman and his enthusiam for the sport always showed. He gave me many priceless memories that I will always cherish.

Neal,
Nice blog. I like the humor. Your animations are a little more sophisticated than I'm doing but I might try something now that I've seen it. Thanks for dropping me a line (fishing pun intended) on babymoody.blogspot.com. I'll check in now and then to see how you're season is going. Take care and good luck!
