I know we will be fishing this evening. I just hope the fishing is good. We had a lot of rain the day before yesterday. A heavy rain does affect fishing, because there is an over abundance of food in the water and since fish sensory is so keen, there is a large sensory overload after a heavy rain. The lake becomes one huge buffet line, so many wonderful choices and normally the choice is anything besides the bait you are using. Call this a pre-excuse, just in case we don't catch anything.
