It wasn't a good evening for fishing. We didn't catch a single catfish, however we both managed to catch a few crappie on the ultra light reels. The water has dropped several feet in the last few days and I think it has made the large fish go to even deeper water. It's look we may have to go out in the boat to locate them. I really like fishing from the pier, it made fishing so much easier for us.
